Job Description Sales DirectorWiesbaden, Germany, DEAnnual salary conversion is $90,000 to $100,000 Euro`s -- $114K -$127KClose to a 1B company that manufactures and markets neutaceutical and personal care products. The company has been in business for 15 years. They are headquartered in the US and operate in 12 countries. Candidates must be living in Europe and speak German (no ex-pat). Job duties: Will evaluate distributor business building performance reports, globally and by market for ways to improve sales, reruiting, retention, growth and training efforts. Assist in planning and development of sales strategies for the company, including events, meetings, training, awards and incentive programs. Support and improve sales via conducting an intensive training rogram for distributors. He/She travels the market and teaches and facilitates in the recruitment, meeting, techniques, follow up sessions and the general training of local distributors. Duties: As directed by the Managing Director and in cooperationwith the assigned Corporate Regional Manager from the International Department, work with the local distributors to determine appropriate levels of sales support. *Evaluate distributor business building performance in market for ways to improve sales, rcruiting, growth, and training efforts.
