Construction Manager, to $130K Northern location

Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to manage field execution f multiple capital projects in all units of the refinery ranging in cost from $200K to $5MM spanning multiple years. We are looking for someone who is able to manage resources, separate and coordinate projects by discipline, oversee the work of craft persnnel, put estimate packages together, control costs, maintain schedules for field execution and keep the Site Construction Manager informed on project progress. This position attracts people who are passionate about the technical aspects of construction. hile we are seeking a candidate with a good technical background and an interest in our industry, we also need someone with managerial and leadership skills because that is what this job is all about getting results through people. You must excel in yourthinking skills, in your communication skills, in your ability to execute projects from concept to completion, and in your ability to challenge costs and situations. 5-15 years experience managing small capital projects preferably in a refinery environment.
