Job Description Minimum of 7 years of Process Control experience as an Application Engineer for a Refining or Chemicals Company. Need process control engineering experience with both regulatory (single-loop) and multivariable controllers (DMC preferred, but will consider experience with other multivariable control packages like SMOC or RMPCT). Will Maintain and modify existing process control computer applications and human-machine interfaces in response to changing operational conditions or console technician requiremnts. Will utilize advanced process control skills to develop multivariable model predictive controllers (e.g., DMC, nonlinear model predictive control), optimization-based applications, or process monitoring applications (i.e., PCA/PLS analyses). MS/PhD. degreed candidates preferred.
