Degreed Mechanical Engineer with approximately 5- 10 yrs ME experience preferred in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with petrochemical plant equipment preferred.P>Required Skills:
Rotating equipment experience, stationary equipment experience and inspection a plus
Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Knowledgeable in PSM Mechanical Integrity
Knowledgeable in applicable codes such as ASME and API
Responsbilities:
Provide technical assistance to operations and maintenance
Root cause analysis
Issues and updates repair procedures
Analyzing maintenance performance indicators such as mean time between failures.
Optimize spare parts inventoryOptimize mechanical integrity program and PM/PdM program
Other areas of exposure helpful:
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
Six Sigma techniques
SAP Maintenance Module
